       1. Increased flow rate and filler method: In order to prevent reverse osmosis pure water equipment from concentration polarization, we must adopt laminar flow thin-layer flow channel method. For tubular reverse osmosis devices, micro-shapes can also be added to the feed liquid. Sponge balls, for plate and roll components, the method of filling is not suitable, and it is very easy to cause the danger of blockage of the flow channel.

       2. Pulse method and stirring method: A pulse generator is added to the process of reverse osmosis pure water equipment. The pulse amplitude and frequency are different. Generally, the greater the amplitude or the higher the frequency, the greater the flow rate through. Agitators are widely used in all test devices, and experience has shown that the mass transfer coefficient has a linear relationship with the number of rotations of the agitator.　

       3. Install turbulence booster: turbulence booster refers to a variety of obstacles that can strengthen the flow pattern, for example, for tubular components, a spiral baffle is installed inside. The plate-type or roll-type membrane module can be lined with grids and the like to promote turbulence, and the effect of this turbulence promoter is very good.　

       4. Add dispersion scale inhibitor: In order to prevent the scale of reverse osmosis membrane in reverse osmosis purified water equipment, sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid is added to adjust the PH value. However, the corrosion and leakage of the acid system make the operator feel troublesome, so the dispersion scale inhibitor is generally added Maintain the normal operation of the water treatment system.
